Marie Gabet

Marie Gabet, was called to the Paris Bar in March 2018, and acts mainly as a litigator before the regulatory courts to assist regulated professionals, particularly lawyers, in disputes between partners, partners and associates, and disputes between law firms and their clients (fee disputes or liability actions), or in the event of ethical difficulties. 

Marie Gabet appears before the ordinary courts in civil disputes (torts, contracts) and commercial disputes (contracts, unfair competition, corporate officers), as well as in real estate litigation.
